My name is Kiran. I am a student engineer with Elevate Mobility. I am a student at Stuyvesant High School in New York City. As a daily rider of the subway, I have seen first-hand the lack of accessibility and want to make a change. My interests include the violin, which I have been playing for nine years, and computer science.

I’m a student interested in how cities can grow while staying sustainable, safe, and accessible. I enjoy exploring the ways science, technology, and design can work together to protect natural resources and improve daily life in urban communities. I’m excited by opportunities that let me learn from others and contribute to building a future to improve my city. 

Hey, my name is Eileen (Hyunseo if you insist) and I’m a senior at Stuyvesant High School. I enjoy learning about complex topics such as computer science and biotechnology. This ranges from aspects such as coding, building hardware, working in science research labs, and conducting outreach to researchers. I enjoy learning how to problem-solve efficiently and work collaboratively as part of a team. Outside of these academic pursuits, I like debating, reading philosophy books, attending live shows, and going on matcha runs!

Hi, my name is Nicolas Keyoung and I am a junior at Manhasset High School. I have a strong interest in environmental sciences, and more specifically within engineering, with hopes to pursue a career in architecture. Outside of academics, I play golf and soccer competitively, and enjoy listening to music and cooking.

Hi, my name is Jihoon Jeon and I am a senior at Korean Minjok Leadership Academy. I’m especially passionate about engineering and materials science, with a strong interest in how technology can be applied to solve human-centered problems. Outside of research, I love performing in musicals, running, and cinema.

Hello, my name is Jayden Kim, and I am a junior at Stuyvesant High School. I’ve really appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with my teammates and gain new skills throughout the time I've been participating in this Non-Profit. I enjoy mathematics and playing the cello. I am also passionate about sustainability and urban transportation systems, and this is what motivated me to help start the Elevate Mobility organization. It is my hope that this will help improve ease-of-access for New Yorkers to access better transportation across the five boroughs.

Hi! I’m Parviz Abdumuminov, and I attend Lower Moreland High School. As an engineer and entrepreneur, I’ve always been interested in how innovation can solve everyday challenges. Seeing the obstacles people face with accessibility inspired me to join Elevate Mobility, where I can combine creativity and problem-solving to make transportation work better for everyone. Beyond my work with Elevate Mobility, I’m passionate about wrestling, which has taught me discipline and resilience, and chess, which helps me think strategically both on and off the board.

Hello! I’m Alex Khankin, and I attend the Horace Mann School in the Bronx. As a lifelong transit rider and fan, I see the ways people with disabilities struggle to get around daily. This led me to join Elevate Mobility, where I can work to improve the very system I love and make it work for everyone. In my free time, I enjoy playing piano and skiing.

Hello, my name is Irene Lee, and I am a senior at Syosset High School. I like to collaborate with other students on topics related to research and design, and I also like to go on long runs and read books. 

Hi! My name is James Oh and I’m a senior at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School in Manhattan, New York. My interests are in math, biology, history, art, and music. As part of Elevate Mobility for New York City, I’m excited to help improve the city’s structures. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, video games, and sports.
